USAPP Level 1 Certification Registration

Description of Certification: *Level 1 certification is the entry for any perspective competitive athlete/trainer or coach into the sanctioned competitive world of Paralympic style Para Powerlifting. Workshop to be held september 24,2022 at The Training Hall by Odd E. Haugen 996 Lawrence Drive Newbury Park California The course covers the most basic fundamentals such as benching with feet off the floor, technique, basic training with adjustments for disability such as spine consideration wear and tear on shoulder capsule based on disability , World Para Powerlifting rules, pathways Domestically and Internationally . Technique hands on a Para bench along with strapping, rack height and basic bench competition proper are discussed and practiced by all attendees. Compensations are discussed and practiced.
