Description of Course:: *6 Week Intro to Olympic Weightlifting Course - Ma Weightlifting Period: April 2 to May 14th, 2023 Duration: 1.5 hours per session Frequency: Twice a week, Wednesday and Sundays (Tenatively) Price: $320 USD per person Homework Program: An optional supplementary technique program can be purchased for the participant to practice on their spare time. Course Outcome: To learn the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting and how to practice safely. At the end of the course, participants will learn how to perform the full snatch, and full clean and jerk.

The rights granted by me here-under are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at anytime in connection therewith.
