The 2022 Armlifting World Super Series will feature the strongest athletes in the World in 6 men’s weight classes and 4 women’s weight classes.   It will consist of 3 Stages.  Weight class awards will be given out after the combined results of Stage 1 and Stage 2.  There will be a 3rd stage by invitation only based on performance in the first two stages.  PRIZE MONEY OF $8000 OR MORE WILL BE DISTRIBUTED at THE FINALS IN LAS VEGAS BASED ON ABSOLUTE RESULTS.

Stage 1: Sunday June 5, 2022 at the Training Hall

Stage 2: Sunday August 22, 2022At the Training Hall

Stage 3: Mr. Olympia Las Vegas on December 16-17, 2022

Men:​ Lightweights 80kg/176lb; Middleweights 90kg/198lb; 100kg/220lb; Heavyweights 110kg/242lb; 125kg/275lb; and 125kg/275lb plus

Women:​ Lightweight 60kg/132lb; Middleweights 70kg/154lb; 80kg/176lb and Heavyweight 80kg/176lb plus

Masters Men: 50plus

Masters Women: 40plus
