Each TEAM shall consist of three (3) athletes any size/weight, at least one woman and at least one man (i.e. 1 man 2 women, or 2 men 1 woman). Scoring:

Timed Disciplines shall be hand timed, and distances shall be measured by standard measuring device. The score in a Discipline shall be determined by placement and based on the number of TEAMs starting in the first Discipline of the contest. Winner of an event gets 1 point, second place 2 points etc. If an TEAM pass on a Discipline or fail to get a measurable result in a Discipline, he will receive maximum points (i.e. fails to get one repetition in a Discipline for maximum repetitions, fails to lift the opening weight in a max lift, etc.). The score for a placement shall remain the same through an entire competition (i.e. if the maximum points is 10 points in the first Discipline, it will remain 10 points in subsequent Disciplines even if the field of TEAMs has been reduced by attrition).
